All private sessions and group classes are 55 minutes

This includes private sessions, duo sessions, and group classes. My free consultation is 30 minutes.

if you are brand new to pilates

I highly recommend taking private sessions prior to attending any group class. I offer an introductory package of three sessions for $190.

group classes are open level

They are not recommended for anyone with serious injuries and/or are pregnant.

if you are currently pregnant

I am not able to provide virtual or in-person Pilates private sessions to pregnant clients who are new to the Pilates method. I do not accept virtual Pregnant clients in any capacity for the safety of your body and your baby.

how do i sign up for privates or group classes?

A reservation for both group classes and private sessions are required. Please contact me directly to schedule an appointment and reserve your spot for group class.

payments are non-refundable

The purchase of private sessions and group classes are non-refundable.

cancellation policy

I require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduling needs. If a 24-hour notice is not given you will be charged the full rate of the missing session.
